Sometimes I don’t think we give ourselves enough credit for getting through our bad days. The days we show up when all we want to do is crumble, these are the days that make us stronger!
After a conversation I recently had with my husband, I stumbled upon this image. This is the current dilemma that haunts our relationship. He cannot understand my struggles as he has never experienced anxiety or depression, to him it simply means she is unhappy and therefore it is a reflection of him and his actions. For me, when asked to explain, “some days it’s like you’re just not here?”, I truly cannot find the words.
